Hostel WIGRY, ul. Zarzecze 26, located on Lake Arkadia, near the football stadium, is a place very popular with both individual visitors as well as operators of sports teams, school holidays and tourist agencies. Hostel WIGRY offers 24 comfortable rooms in warm colours (singles, doubles, and 3-5-bed rooms) and two studios. The hostel can accommodate up to 54 guests. At the reception desk you will find qualified personnel and full information service, also in English.

EUROCAPMING
Eurocamping No. 133 at ul. Zarzecze 26 in Suwałki belongs to the international ACSI (Auto Camper Service International) camper network, the most modern in the Podlaskie province. AQUAPARK
Aquapark in Suwałki is one of the most modern waterpark recreation and sports complexes located in the north-eastern Poland. The complex is composed of recreational and sports facilities. For children we have a paddling pool with a water mushroom and a hedgehog. There are also a 56m long indoor water slide, and two over 100m long external tube slides. Accompanying the water sports facilities are complexes of baths and saunas. You can use here also a restaurant, conference hall, rehabilitation centre, fitness club, hairdresser and beauty salon, as well as a small shop with sports equipment.

TENNIS COURTS
The Centre for Sports and Recreation in Suwałki offers five courts for tennis players. Two of those, located at Lake Arkadia, ul. Zastawie 26, have artificial grass surface and lighting. The other three tennis courts with an artificial clay surface are located adjacent to the athletics stadium at ul. Wojska Polskiego 17.

CLIMBING WALL
The Climbing Wall is made of panels imitating shape and texture of rocky surfaces of different complexity, advantageous is here undoubtedly the very size of the wall – 165 m2 (18m x 9m), allowing maximum 20 climbers at one time (climbing and assisting). The Climbing Wall is located inside the hall of the Centre for Sports and Recreation in Suwałki, ul. Wojska Polskiego 2, Suwałki.

THE GYM
The gym is located in the swimming pool building and consists of two rooms. In the first room – 85.50 m² – there is equipment for cardio exercises: treadmills, rowing machine, elipticals, cycle trainers, electric and manual climbers. Exercise machines for ridge, legs, chest and stomach their remain at the clients’ disposal. In the second room – 130,50 m² – there is equipment for strength, bodybuilding and rehabilitation and also machines for chest, back muscles, shoulder girdle, thigh muscles, calves, triceps and biceps muscles. In the room there are also available: barbells from 12 kg to 35 kg, dumbbells from 1 kg to 10 kg, plates for the barbells up to 300kg and universal exercise benches. A qualified personal trainer supervises the correct course of the exercise.

SAUNA
An integral part of the gym at ul. Wojska Polskiego 2 is a complex of saunas. It offers Finnish sauna and Roman steam bath. The Finnish sauna features high temperature ca. 80-100 °C with minimum humidity of ca. 5-15%. The steam bath, on the other hand, is very humid and has a mild air temperature of around 42-45 °C. Such conditions are best for your skin relaxation; mild temperature and high humidity help open skin pores and remove toxins.

BIKE RENTAL
Bike rental at Lake Arkadia offer 12 modern city bikes – 7 men’s and 5 women’s. Bikes are of different sizes and the customers of the Centre for Sports and Recreation in Suwałki will certainly find a suitable one. The town of Suwałki has 70 km of biking paths. Outside the town, there are many picturesque biking trails including a fragment of the Green Velo Cycling Trail.
